Service Level Agreement
We design an SLA around each client’s needs to ensure we have a clear understanding of each other’s expectations. Key Performance Indicators are put in place to ensure your expectations are met and that the partnership we enter is successful. SLA's can include the following:
- Vacancy acknowledgement response time
- Volume of CV's required per vacancy
- Time-scale to supply suitable CV's which have been verified and referenced
- Fulfilment rate
- Number of placements which are not successful i.e. terminate employment or do not meet your requirements
JMC Recruitment Solutions will appoint an Account Manager who will manage your account from the start. The Account Manager will meet with the client on a quarterly basis or more frequently if required to review the SLA and KPI's set.
